I struggled to initially get an appointment and was advised to go via 111. Which I eventually did after my private medical advised the same. 111 after talking to me got me an immediate appointment and the very helpful Dr Foster was extremely caring and professional and arranged an X-ray and ECG immediately. Big thanks to Dr Foster for putting my mind at ease - and for just being a nice bloke :)

Suggested improvements
Appointments should be easier to make (rather than before 10am) and, if at all possible, should be inside 7 days and not 7 days as a starting point.
