I understand things are different now, however when the patient gets call to go for a test and when you arrive for that test, you s as te ask my the nurse what you here for, I mean big computer screen in front of them they made the appointment and then asking why am I there, this dose not give you confidence in health services

Knowing what the person is there for, especially when they have called you for the appointment.
