Unless you are online at 8am exactly you will not get an appointment, and if you do find a slot by the time you've written a brief reason why the slot has gone. When you ring at 8am and select the ring back option, when they do ring you back , all the appointments have gone, which in theory should not have happened because if you do ring back in the order your message says there should be appointments available and on 2 occasions the receptionist has put the telephone down on me. The receptionist will also inform you there are no appointments without taking your name or asking why. Without checking someone's name how do they know they aren't having a crisis or are very ill and nit wanting to cause a bother.
