Receptionist very rude. Patients come to surgery when unwell and in pain. They need understanding, compassion and respect. Rude, uncaring people should not be in that job.
Doctor also, very rushed, not much dialog.
Suggested improvements
Hire younger staff who still have patience to deliver quality care.
