I saw Dr Hird. He has such a good approachable manner and makes one feel very much at ease which is very important from a patient’s point of view.

Nothing at all, but something that patients need to know. We noticed that two doctors had to keep going downstairs to get their patients. It’s such a waste of time and energy for the doctors. This can only be due to patients not reading the instructions on the arrival screen. Perhaps a large sign could be posted by the screen telling patients, again, on which floor their particular doctor is situated.
