I had a standard appointment for my daughter's 1 year jabs. All scheduled in advance. Had to wait in the waiting room for a while, but not too long.

Only thing I would've liked is having 2 nurses to do the injections (as there were 4 , so 2 each at the same time).. it was horrible that she had to go through 4 individually
