When I called the lady on the phone was lovely, very friendly and tried to help me. In the past it has been difficult to get an appointment, however this time around was great. Dr Foster was very nice with me and got me a referral, I’m hoping this will come through soon. The nurses that take blood are ALWAYS lovely, friendly warm comforting, they are the best.

Suggested improvements
On this occasion nothing, this time was great, thank you. In the past it has been hard to get an appointment. And I know it mustn’t be a nice job for the ladies answering the calls. But sometimes in the past they have been unfriendly and harsh, the lady I got the other day, well she couldn’t have been nicer, really friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, I am pleased to hear that you found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful on this occasion. Unfortunately the demand for appointments remains high and we try our best to accommodate as many patients as possible. We do now offer an Econsult service that is open between 7am and 10am, this is available through our website, (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) and via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, this allows patients to submit a form requesting advice, appointments and admin based questions.
