It takes too long to get through on the phone and once you do, it takes a long time for a phone consultation and even longer fir a “face to face” appt.

Suggested improvements
I was surprised that the nurses didn’t know what blood tests they were required to take. I could only guess myself but thought it would have been entered onto my computerised record.
