Good morning, I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to get an appointment, are you aware that we now offer an econsult service? It is available between 7am and 10am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, it can be accessed via the "ask my GP for advice" section. This form is the processed by our econsult team, they will aim to respond to you within 48 hours and you will be given either, an appointment with a clinician, given advice or signposted to a local service, these appointments can be face to face or via the telephone.
