Wben I rang the Surgery the receptionist I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately there was a bit of a muddle and Frankie hot Dr. Hird to come down and speak to me and he explained everything and the blood test results are going to be emailed to Dr Chalmers secretary which should resolve matters. I felt as if I had wastef Frankie's time. But I apologisef and she was very nice about it.

Suggested improvements
No. The receptionist was brilliant initially. Then Frankie phoned Dr Hird who kindly came down and spoke to me which was extremely nice of him. I consider myself very lucky to have him as my GP.
