It remains a daft race to call in at 8am and get an appointment if myself or a family member suddenly falls ill. That said as I am under a care plan for diabetes I do get review dates which are texted to me and appointments then are structured and easy to get.

Nothing on this appointment, you nurse Charlotte was thoughtful, good at listening and professional. I left feeling confident and knowing what to expect next

Good afternoon, It is lovely to read your comments regarding Charlotte, I will make sure to pass your comments onto her, I am sorry that you feel it is a daft race to call in at 8am, we aim to answer these calls as quickly as possible, just to make you aware we now offer an econsult service, this is available between 7am and 10am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app via the "ask my GP for advice" section. This form is then passed to the ehub team, they will aim to respond to you within 48hrs, they will either, book you an appointment with a clinician, give advice or signpost to a local service, these appointments could be face 2 face or via the telephone.
