Receptionists were not involved yesterday so that question is not applicable.
It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at Billingshurst Surgery or see a GP.
I seldom need a GP so it is galling when I cannot get in when I do need to see someone.

For routine appointments did you know we offer an eConsult service? This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful.
