I have had a cough for 9 weeks and phoned the surgery on Friday 17th December. I informed the receptionist that I’d already been prescribed Amoxycillin 4 weeks earlier and the cough was no better. I asked for a face to face appointment with a doctor. Despite being told that the practice manager would call me back - it’s now Monday 20th - and I’ve currently been holding for 1 hour 16 minutes (about to hang up). Absolutely disgraceful. I just hope the cough is nothing serious - but even in a worst case scenario, this practice doesn’t seem to care - I could have pneumonia, cancer or anything. Time to register elsewhere.

Friendly people, prompt attention on arrival and clearly they were well practiced carrying out the vaccine program.

Slight delay in getting an appointment for my COVID booster jab due to a problem with NHS records not recording my first vaccination.
Once at the centre the service from the staff was excellent.
