I’d like to thank the staff at Beversbrook and Patford house for their help and support.
When our guest from the United States caught Covid during his recent stay which developed into a chest infect and meant that his stay with us was much extended. As a result he ran out of his prescribed medicine .
I asked the surgery for advice and Emmy Butcher, Melanie Cobb and Rebecca Rose-Lewis did their utmost to resolve the situation. When there were problems with the issued prescription Dr Astin drove to the pharmacy to personally authenticate the paperwork.
Further help was provided by Dr Church on the following day when our guest needed a Fit to Letter.
You really did go the extra mile.
Grateful thanks from us and our guest.

The stock answer was you must use www. doctorlink.com and converse with triage nurse or telephone call before we will make face to face appointment with a doctor.
No consideration given to us of the older generation who are not tech savvy.

Appointments are not the surgery's fault as everyone knows. Missing appointments can exacerbate this and that is why I want to apologize abjectly for missing my shingles vaccination 1630 4 April. I wont list excuses (child care issue) but I am sincerely sorry.

I have been chasing my medicines from boots, not just for me but my husband also, but boots told me I had to contact the surgery to do this.
I came in this morning to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who was was very pleasant, and asked a member of staff to come help me.
What a credit Sarah is to the surgery, she came to see me and explained everything to me how to order through the pod, what information they would need to be able to do this etc. Thank you for being so kind and patient.
I have now sorted out our medication .
Good Morning Patient, Thank you for taking the time to post a review to our page, it is welcomed and appreciated. We will pass on your kind comments to Sarah and we completly take on board your comments reference offering more information on the new prescrption service. With best regards Julie Taylor, Patford House Partnership
