My husband and I had a joint appointment and both our indivudual health issues were discussed in a clear and comprehensive manner. Although our combined appointment time over-ran we didn't feel rushed or pressurised. We have just returned from living in France for 8 years so ongoing health issues needed onward referals and we were advised in a clear manner as to how these would proceed. Similarly, the doctor made certain that she understood what treatment we had in France and what medications we were prescribed there. Overall, we left feeling confident that our ongoing health issues will be dealt with efficiently and effectively. We are impressed with the on-line system used by the practice and overall we found the process of registering very efficient.

I telephoned for information regarding some potential side effects our 16 month old little boy had experienced as a possible result of some medicine that Dr Aston had prescribed. I requested a telephone call on what to do over the weekend. The receptionist was extremely helpful and offered me an appointment that afternoon which I was not expecting. When we arrived Dr Aston spent plenty of time to reassure and explain. We also discussed a different issue. Exemplary service

A lovely medical centre. Receptionists, especially the lovely gent, are always polite & helpful. Staff nurses & GPs are knowledgeable, friendly & really efficient. Staff take time to explain results etc to you & give you the option with on how to proceed. When you phone, staff try to fit you in as soon as possible. I've even had messages to ask if I can come on earlier days to fill up appointments that others have cancelled, a brilliant system that tries to use up all available appointments. GPs have made phone calls in the evenings too, to tell me results etc. No complaints at all & highly recommended.
