Listen to your patients. Receptionist need to be trained in good customer service and being polite.

Thanks for this feedback, we are always happy to hear about how we can improve our service for our patients - I am sorry that you feel our Receptionists have not met your expectations on this occasion. We are surprised to hear your comment as our Receptionists are trained to a high National Vocational standard of customer service and are often complimented for their politeness and personal attention. For the first time in years I was listened to and involved in making a decision over my health. Clear explanation given on my medication and choices I could make to improve your health. Great work and thank you

If you need to see the same doctor for follow ups you may have to wait awhile but f you are happy to see other doctors I haven't found it difficult to get an appointment. The receptionists are always helpful. You can also give messages for a doctor to the reception or via email and request a phone back or if appropriate as for reception to give you the response from the doctor. I have found this a caring practice.

My initial appointment was with Anna a triage nurse, was very understanding about my condition and recommended that I see my Doctor, the same day, appointment made, was seen by Dr Church and within 10 minutes was out with a prescription cannot praise the service enough, and highly recommend the Medical centre for this.
