I recently visited this surgery, and was shocked at the advice I received. Instead of actually listening to me, the GP gave a link to a website and the name of an app. This does not help me at all. My actually issue was not solved and this has happened three times now. I am sick and tired of receiving low quality service. I tried explaining what was wrong with me, and the GP did not listen. I was recommended to try something that will not actually help me. Giving me links to websites and apps, is NOT what I expect from a doctor. I might as well have stayed at home and googled it.

on my first ever visit to this centre for what I thought was conjunctivitis,the nurse gave me a thorough examination called a doctor and by that night I had a 7:30 appointment
at the hospital for something far more serious.This is ongoing at the moment but I would like to say how professionally I was treated. Thankyou
