Your sirgery is always late Im always waiting at least half an hour after my appointment time for myself and 3 children. I have never been seen on time.

Hello there, thank you for your feedback which is really appreciated. I am sorry to hear that you feel we have not met your expectations on this occasion. We do try and run to time but sometimes this is not possible. Delays can be due to several factors but mainly because patients who have been seen before you have needed more than their ten minute appointment time. This is unavoidable in order to meet patients needs as I am sure you appreciate. We do regularly audit our wait times and last month our waiting time was an average of eight minutes. I hope when you arrived you were informed of how long the wait time was likely to be by the Receptionist on duty. When there is an excessive wait we can provide a text service to let you know when you are next to be called in to allow you some time to visit the local shops or the nearby parks. We can also re-arrange your appointment if you are unable to wait.
