It is impossible to get an appointment. They never answer the phone - I have tried numerous times over several days, waiting to speak to someone for hours and never any answer. The online system doesn't work well either and the earliest appointment is several weeks later. We may as well not have a Drs surgery. Access to medical care and appointments is non existent. The Drs may be great, I wouldn't know as I haven't been able to get an appointment. I have given up trying to ever get a medical appointment for myself, I just hope there is nothing really wrong that could have been picked up early by being seen by a Dr. We had to go through 111 to get a phone appointment for our child because it was impossible to get an appointment by phone or the online system. Its no wonder 111 is difficult to get through to if they are fielding calls that should be dealt with by Drs surgeries.

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone and provide appointments in a decent timeframe - a few years ago you used to be able to call up and get an appointment easily - now its the complete opposite - Beversbrook medical centre may as well not exist as it doesnt offer any sort of service to Calne.
