Health check with nurse, on time, extremely efficient, friendly, explained all details of check. Asked if I had any concerns or questions. Initial contact with a surgery receptionist on the telephone to make appointment very helpful, although she was unsure of details involved in health check consulted a colleague and was able to give me all info I needed. However when I arrived for my appointment the receptionist on duty was very indifferent, no welcome, no smile, no please or thank you. There is no excuse for this behaviour as only two other people in waiting space, I`m assuming the receptionist was not rushed off her feet.

Thank you for your feedback it is very helpful and I am sorry to hear that on the day that you visited the Receptionist on the desk was not very helpful. This is something which I have brought up with our Reception team who pride themselves on delivering a high standard of service to our patients both face to face and on the telephone. I know that they will welcome your comments as a learning tool to improve performance.
