Called the medical centre for 35 minutes on hold without speaking to a receptionist, just perpetually told how my call mattered. That being the case, I seriously suggest you need more staff.
Suggested improvements
As a very important community service you should ensure the calls are Answered in a reasonable amount of time. Consider that not everyone in the community is IT literate, or indeed has anyone to explain what to do if nobody answers the phone.
