Lovely young lady behind reception was friendly and cheery although she’s only worked there for a few months ( I asked her a question as to when Dr Mather would be back!)I sat in the waiting room and saw her deal with quite a few queries and issues and thought how very professional and helpful she was and the manor in which she spoke to people seemed to put them at ease Such a lovely smile x I hadn’t met Dr Chan Pensley before but found her to be so easy to talk to and she listened didn’t judge me and I came away feeling she cared that I’m ok and to stop stressing! I would definitely see her again As always overall a grear surgery to be with Thank you x
