Share review of Beversbrook Medical Centre
I was asked by a text to make an appointment and according to the website I was told I could do this using systems online. However, when I logged on to my account and tried to do this it said that this device was unavailable.
It would be good if information you were given was consistent. I am writing this trying to get through on the phone - it would save everyone time if I could book on line. The phone says I can press 0 to get someone to call me back but I have no faith this would happen if I did do this.
