I cannot get an appointment at this surgery for over a week. I try to use the online system to reduce the administrative burden on the staff at the clinic but they do not seem to know how to use the system. They don't read the notes I provide and usually end up doing the wrong thing making it necessary for me to either visit the surgery to correct the error or phone the surgery. this is extremely inconvenient and makes a mockery of the online system.
