Waiting and waiting over 20 mins every time I call and that mans annoying voice every six rings saying a receptionist has been alerted to my call ( well obviously they should be alerted by the phone ringing)..Nurses change my repeat prescription,And for the last 3 months the online service hasn’t sending my repeat to the surgery.So then I have to ring them and the cycle starts again

Get the online service working properly..And
