It does often take a long time to get through but I do understand that you are busy.

I wanted to praise Alex Carpenter on switchboard/reception. Every time I have ever called he just has the most marvelous telephone manner. He talks with a smile, is so very pleasant, well spoken and more importantly is always extremely helpful. I hope the surgery appreciate what a wonderful staff member they have in Alex and that they do tell him once in a while what a fantastic job he is doing. He is a pleasure to deal with! Well done Alex.
