Share review of Beversbrook Medical Centre
I was a few minuets late for an appointment due to traffic. The traffic was being held at the end of patford Road, just outside the surgery....It was out of my control. I walked into reception and had to ring the bell as no one was there. I then was told to wait a minute. I did. I booked in, explained why I was a few minuets late and was told the clinician had cancelled my appointment because I was late and I would have to rebook.
I was there for a routine and simple blood test. I've had them done in under 60 seconds before today. I felt I was being made an example of. I have waited to see doctors and nurses in the waiting room for hours in the past and haven't complained. I just feel this was really petty and could have been avoided.
I travelled 15 mins to get to this appointment. I had to rearrange my work day to accommodate this appointment. I now have to do this all again!
the next day I got a texted thanking me for attending the surgery and my blood results would be ready I'm a few days....YOU DIDNT EVEN TAKE BLOOD!!
