Share review of Beversbrook Medical Centre
I have been trying to get in contact with a doctor for over a week, I have tried both online services and calling the surgery and been unsuccessful in speaking to a doctor despite also being referred to the surgery by a pharmacist. Receptionist are less than willing to help me and insist I use the website which is unclear and unhelpful. When I finally managed to get my “patches” request viewed by a doctor they didn’t bother helping and just forwarded it to the pharmacist despite it being a clear infection needing antibiotics which was confirmed by the pharmacist. I am still yet to speak to a doctor and having to try the “same day urgent care option” which was previously fully booked.
