The doctors surgery lack compassion and empathy for patients bit most importantly duty of care. My sister has been very unwell and has just had surgery for an abscess on her back she needs daily treatment for her open wound and for continuity she really needs to be seen by the same doctor so they can say yes this is better or of course the wound looks worst than before. She couldn't get an appointment for the doctor to see the abscess in the first places of course went to a and e who booked emergency surgery straight away. Now the surgery is done they won't see her to dress the wound and check on her well being as their patient. She can't stand at and e for long periods due to being sick and the chronic agony of the surgical wound so when I explained this to the nurse paddama (possibly spelt incorrectly) all I could get back was sorry we don't gave any appointment and that is that. Luckily for us central surgery after hearing about Alana medical need a and concern for her well being (infection control etc) have agreed to see and tend to her needs as a temp patient with the view to her being taken on permantly. As my sister is not an actual patient she needs her prescriptions from beech tree. I went to beech tree with my sister to request a prescription for pain relief and well needed dressing equipment for her daily dressing they refused to do it well doctor domeelo refused we had to plead for them to write one and finally they did. My sister was puking her heart rate was high and so was her blood pressure we know this because it took a kind can ring receptionist to test her on the machine. Disgusting care. They should be ashamed
