Rude, unhelpful receptionists. Only wanted to find out whether vaccines are in date for urgent travel to China - told I have to come in to surgery to fill out a form (no online facilities available). Went in to do form and receptionist says nurse will call. No call, so I chased. Told by another receptionist they should have booked me in for a call or appointment!! Nearest appointment is 5 days from initial enquiry. Already had appointment with the very same nurse for totally separate issue but told I have to make a separate appointment for the same day with the same nurse! It’s ridiculous!! In total I will have visited 3 times for something that should have been very straight forward!

She listened carefully to my situation and patiently discussed what needed to be done. I saw only the receptionist.
From phone call to receptionist to surgery to GP consultation the service is second to none.
