Dr Madan is punctual, polite, and comes to greet me before I am shown into the treatment room. He explains what will happen, how it will feel, and likely after effects. During treatment he asks how I feel and talks me through the procedures. He is always friendly and cheerful, approachable but professional and happy to answer questions about the teeatment. He alleviates any anxiety patients may be feeling.
