I could not fault the quality of the treatment and care I received from Dr Madan and his staff. Appointments were made promptly and guidance on what to expect (including COVID requirements)was clear. My surgery was quick and I was never in pain. Post surgery advice was explained and I was given a written guidance so Ifelt reassured and confident leaving the clinic. I did have one query and I was able to ring the clinic and was given the information I needed immediately. My follow up appointment was also held promptly and after care was explained. I am lucky to have the a very small and insignificant mark/scar post surgery (I was expecting worse.)and have been advised that this will continue to fade.) My histology results have been shared and most importantly of all my procedure has been successful. I feel that these successful results are due to Dr Madan’s skill and care and the prompt, efficient and thorough care I received. Really constructive reviews offer advice on how to further improve... I’m struggling with this as I felt that the, care and treatment I received was second to none! Thanks very much.
