Dr Madan is one of the most professional, caring and empathetic doctors I have met. He listens to his patients, their concerns and worries and does his best to deliver a first class service despite the cutbacks of the NHS. Dr Madan has been treating my skin condition for a few years now and he has been very honest with his approach and treatment diagnosis. More recently I developed a terrible infection and he was very attentive, took it upon himself to ensure I was given the correct medication and followed this up with 2 appointments in his clinic. I know I was very distressed about this but he displayed a very calm and caring manner - he has a way of reassuring his patients and is such a friendly, approachable Doctor - he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares and connects with his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Madan and his wonderful team. Best wishes.
