Right from the first consultation with Dr Madan he gave me confidence in everything he was advising me. He took his time explaining what he thought were the best options for me. He has excellent interpersonal skills. On the day of my procedure to remove a Basel cell carcinoma on my nose he was kind and patient, so understanding of my fears. He talked me through every step of the procedure. He expertly removed the cancer and now 5 weeks after the procedure my nose has more or less healed. At the beginning I had expected it would be obvious that I had had surgery on my nose, but my main priority was the cancer to be removed. However, Dr Madan has done such an excellent job and although I had many stitches I am extremely pleased with how it looks and it will continue to improve. Dr Madan has an excellent team working with him. I have nothing but the highest praise for the after care I have received and the support/ care I have received all the way through. Thank you so much.
