I was immediately put at ease when first meeting Mr Jackson. We was very professional and took the time to explain the whole procedure. On the day of the operation he put me at ease and explained again the series of events that would take place. After the operation he confirmed that everything had gone well and answered any questions that I had. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service he provided.
