Mr Khemani is a fabulous Consultant who I have no hesitation in recommending. He was kind and considerate and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. As part of the consultation I had a hearing test with his Audiologist who was lovely.
I'm really pleased with the care that I received as Mr Khemani is the only consultant that has been able to explain and treat my problems effectively.

I highly recommend this doctor. He was kind, polite, understanding and listened to everything. I felt very at ease and confident of his ability. I had to have a camera in the nose and down the throat and was very nervous about it but Mr Khemani explained in detail how it would be done and really calmed my nerves. When I had a follow up appointment a few weeks later and a second camera procedure I wasn't worried at all. He recorded the whole procedure. When watching it back he explained it all in great detail and was easy to understand. My acute sinusitis is now pretty much cleared up and all thanks to Mr Khemani. If I ever have to see an ENT specialist in the future I wouldn't hesitate to see Mr Khemani again. He definitely knows his profession! The nurses who assisted were really great too. Thanks Mr Khemani!

Mr Khemani took time to listen to our concerns about our child and was incredibly reassuring. He was very thorough during the initial examination, available before and after the operation on the day of surgery and came to check personally on our child after the operation. He was friendly and approachable and built a good rapport with our child setting him at ease. He discussed all results of the operation with us at the follow up consultation and am pleased to say our child has recovered excellently.

Mr Khemani did lots of tests to determine if I would benefit from an operation to correct otosclerosis. He explained why he needed the tests. Once he'd decided an operation would help me he discussed all the details with so I was fully aware of what to expect. The operation went well and the recovery has been exactly as he explained. I have just had a follow up hearing test and I am very pleased with the results. I felt confident before, during and after the operation due to Mr Khemani's excellent care.

I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Clinical Lead for ENT at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
I have extensive experience in the medical and surgical management of general ENT conditions affecting both adults and children. My subspecialist expertise includes all types of ear problems including the surgical management of hearing loss and discharging ears as well as the management of balance disorders. I also have special expertise in eustachian tube problems, snoring and sleep apnoea, voice and sinus problems.
I have one of the largest case series of intracapsular coblation tonsillectomy in the South of England and teach this technique to other surgeons around the world.
