At last here was someone who was welcoming,kind,reassuring and smiley. I had been with my ear pain problem for over 6 months and was feeling that no one believed or understood the pain i was having. Treatments from medicines from my own Doctor were not working. Now at last, here was Doctor Khemani. Someone who understands and has empathy. With the first appointment i was examined then set up for a scan and started on a course of treatment which cured my problem. Within two weeks i was seen again with my results. The treatment had worked. I have been reassured that if i need to contact Doctor Khemani in the future he will be there for me. My mind has been put at rest and i am now pain free, happy and back to normal. I was pleased to note that a comprehensive feed back report was sent to my GP and a copy to myself.
