Mr Khemani spent time with me, listened to my concerns, and explained my condition in more detail than I had had before. Although there was nothing he could do to explain why I had lost my hearing, he explained why I was still having problems with my balance. He has referred me for physio to help with balance retraining and tension in my neck. This feels like a big step forward in my recovery.
