From my initial meeting with Mr Ganapathi I felt that I was in the hands of an experienced professional. He listened attentatively about my symptoms, and also concerns I had about future actions to be taken. Mr Ganapathi suggested I watched some Youtube videos produced by Ysbyty Gwynedd guiding patients through the whole process of hip replacement, which I found extremely helpful. I was given time to consider my options, and once my decision was made, I contacted Mr Ganapathi's secretary, and was quickly thereafter informed about the precise cost of the treatment and all necessary information going forward. The next time I saw Mr. Ganapathi was the day of my operation. I was feeling very anxious, therefor, it was very good to see him in my room before the operation looking calm and quietly confident. The operation went well, and once again it was reassuring to see Mr Ganapathi at the end of the afternoon, checking to see that I was recovering. Since then my recovery has gone very well indeed, and at my final meeting with Mr Ganapathi, five weeks on, I could report that I was walking without crutches around the house, and used only one crutch outdoors. I was shown the original x-ray taken of my hip, and the new hip after the operation, and Mr. Ganapathi explained about the component parts and construction, which was interesting and helpful. I have been trying to think of something I could suggest to improve the caring service I received, but nothing comes to mind. My experience of hip replacement with Mr Ganapathi was excellent, and I will not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone needing orthopaedic surgery.
