I would like to thank Mr Mohsen El-Sayed and his assistant Emily who carried out my HyCoSy last week. They were both very professional, efficient, informative and they made me feel very comfortable (which was a difficult thing to do given the procedure that I was having done). I was extremely nervous and Emily in particular was very good at calming my nerves and she was very compassionate and understanding. Mr El-Sayed was very professional and talked me through the procedure from start to finish which I found reassuring and informative.
