Mr El-Sayed is always highly professional and caring in both appointments I have seen him for so far My first appointment was going through my medical history and working out the next steps. This was really informative and Mr El-Sayed is very reassuring and compassionate Then my second appointment was for the Hycosy scan. I was very nervous for this scan and the potential results. My El-Sayed and his support staff were friendly, professional and caring the entire time. This was the most thorough scan I have had before and Mr El-Sayed explained everything that was happening and showing and explaining what the scan was showing at the time. The scan was uncomfortable but I felt well supported from all throughout and well looked after Then he went clearly through the results and images again after the scan was completed and then discussed with me what our next steps are and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended especially for Fertility investigations and care
