I was pleased with the attention I received from Mr Mohsen El-Sayed during my appointment. He made sure he reviewed all documentation on my case and also asked questions to ensure he understood my situation clearly. Mr El-Sayed was also very assertive when recommending next steps and I felt my case did progress a lot by seeing him. He answered clearly all my questions and addressed all concerns I had at the time.
