Thank you for making me feel at ease. I was worried about my procedure but nerves soon got put to rest as Mr El-Sayed explained what would happen and what was happening during procedure. Very helpful, and welcoming, didn’t feel like a rushed appointment which I like as I had time to think etc. Also thank you to Rebecca who assisted with my appointment, also friendly and welcoming. You both looked after me well! Thank you!
