From the very beginning, Dr El - Sayed made me feel reassured despite my anxiety over a major op. That didn’t change after. He understood my fears and made sure the surgery was in line with my future plans. The nurse who took my dressing off today admired my “beautiful” scar - can’t argue with the experts!
