Dr Malahias followed my treatment from examination to operation and at all times I was totally at ease and very confident of a good outcome because at all times Dr Malahias kept me fully informed of all that was happening to me and the reasons why. I never for a moment felt scared as I was sure I was in the hands of a first class surgeon and I would like to thank him on record for the superb job he did., and should I ever need any more surgery in future I could wish for no better than someone as good as Dr Malahias. while mine was not the biggest operation in the world it meant so much to me and I am still thankful for the job he did. I was referred to Mr Malahias for a skin cancer on my upper lip. He collected me in person from the waiting room to take me for surgery. Although very nervous,he put me at ease,talking me through procedure and explaining what was happening throughout. His kindness.sensitivity and sense of humour made me feel more relaxed and has resulted in a very positive outcome,with a very neat scar which will fade over time. He is an asset to Good Hope Hospital and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I was told prior to seeing him,that he was " lovely " and had a good reputation, both of which I heartily endorse.

Referred urgently by a dermatologist for the excision of two suspect skin tumours. Consultation and surgical procedure within 5 days . Mr Malahias's technique proved to be quite different and superior to that which I had witnessed at a previous clinic. The clinical result and lack of scaring excellent.
