Mr Arambage is a very understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable consultant. He was very thorough when carrying out his investigations and also treated me for other issues which I hadn't initially mentioned to him. He put me at ease straight away and given the nature of his work, is very discrete and understanding. I have been treated by him twice now and would definitely recommend him.

For the first time since my endometriosis pains started, I felt validated and listened to. Dr Arambage was brilliant at making me feel heard and easing my mind before the surgery. After the surgery, he called my husband as promised with an update as to how the surgery went. He then waited until the next day (when I was more coherent) to talk me through what they found. Dr Arambage explained each picture they took of my inner abdomen, and was incredibly patient when I asked him many questions. He told me my pain was so valid (I have stage 4 endo) and was just overall amazing. A special thank you to Fiona as well, she was absolutely lovely to be speaking to! She would respond to emails, be very reassuring and just very pleasant. Absolutely great team, would definitely recommend for endo treatment!

When I first made enquiries at my local private hospital, I was told they don’t carry out the procedure I was asking about. However, they recommended Mr Arambage, and I am very glad of that. From the initial contact with Mr Arambage and his secretary, I felt in very safe hands. The initial consultation was very thorough, and then when I had an assessment examination, things were explained to me very well. During my hospital visit for the operation, both before and afterwards, I couldn’t have wished for better treatment. I appreciated very much that Mr Arambage offered to call my next of kin after the operation because it would be a few hours before I would be up to that after the anaesthetic. It was very reassuring knowing that he’d done that so my family didn’t have to wait for me.
