Mr. Kapoor has such a kind manner and instantly put me at ease at my inital consultation. After suffering with ear and sinus problems for a number of weeks it was such a relief to feel in safe hands and to be listened to. Mr. Kapoor took the time to explain everything in detail and answer my numerous questions. I am very hopeful that we will find a resolution to my problem and have been very impressed by Mr. Kapoor thus far.
