I had had on ongoing ENT problem for some months and due to COVID 19 was unable to seek medical advice from my drs surgery, including face to face inspection. I self funded an appointment with Mr Kapoor initially on Zoom, and within a few days was seeing him in person for an examination. He was charming and very reassuring. He gave me a thorough examination of mouth and throat, and then attempted to show me with a drawing what he thought my problem was. He also recommended dietary and supplement changes. If I still have cause for concern he would then carry out further examinations. I could not speak more highly about the consultations on Zoom initially and then face to face with Mr Kapoor.
