Mr Lim is charming and very welcoming. Despite his mask he smiled with his eyes. He examined my ears and assured me there was no disease, only my age. He personally tested my hearing and explained the results very clearly. I would benefit from some assistance with my hearing and he warned me that I could spend a lot of money unnecessarily. He mentioned Boots and Specsavers on the high street as being reliable. I said we are ‘Friends’ of Hi Kent and he was very complimentary about their service. He asked me why I had come to see him and I explained that we live in Medway, not Kent so have a different system. He really put me at ease although I had been a little nervous about seeing him without my husband, because of COVID. I would recommend him to anyone.
