Mr Alexander Hotouras (Alex) is professional in his approach, kind, caring and with loads of empathy for patients. Having a colonoscopy is not the most pleasant way to spend the day but he made the experience comfortable, interesting and informative. His explanations of what was going on were fascinating and I learned so much, a great confidence-builder.
